Ordering & Availability

New glass is generally added to the store page every two weeks on Saturdays. Availability is limited due to the fact that there's only one artist producing all the glass on the site. In addition, when you order a piece, you will receive the one featured in the picture and video.

Once a piece is sold, it is no longer available for purchase and not restocked. Occasionally the artist will remake similar variations of popular pieces. If you would to see a certain piece become available again for sale on the site, send an email using the contact form. At this time, the artist is not available for custom orders.

The KravinGlass facebook and twitter pages is used to let people know the instant the store is updated by posting pics and info.

You do not need an account to order from this site. The option to create an account will be given during the checkout process.

Payments & Confirmation

You can choose from the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

This website's shopping cart includes an 128-bit SSL certificate to keep your information secure – the same level of encryption used by large banks around the world.

After you have placed an order you should receive a confirmation email to the address you provided during check out. KravinGlass will not be held liable for items shipped to incorrectly given shipping addresses. Please verify that your information is correct in the confirmation email after you've placed an order.

Shipping

Most orders are typically shipped no later than 24 hours if purchased Monday through Friday. Orders purchased on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday. In most cases, orders take anywhere from 3-7 days to reach their final destination. Each order is carefully packed in a plain brown box to ensure that no damage will occur during the shipping process. In addition, all orders include a tracking number and are insured with a value of the purchase price to protect your investment in the event that it has been damaged during the shipping process. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.

At this time, we will not ship any glass to the states of South Dakota, Pennsylvania and Iowa. Any items ordered from this site that are to be shipped to any of these states will be canceled and a refund will be issued immediately.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. Any items ordered from this site that are to be shipped outside of the U.S. will be canceled and a refund will be issued immediately.

All sales are final on glass and apparel. Glass purchased from this site cannot be returned or repaired if broken.
