To help prevent fraud, once you've placed an order, you will recieve an email shortly after asking to you to confrim your order and shipping address. Orders will not be shipped until confrimation has been made.
Since each piece is unique, prices can vary based on production time and the specific colors used because certain colors are more expensive than others. Average price for glass can range anywhere from $40 to $500. Once a piece is sold, it is no longer available for purchase and not restocked. Occasionally the artist will remake similar variations of popular pieces. If you would to see a certain piece become available again for sale on the site, send an email using the contact form. At this time, the artist is not available for custom orders.
New glass is generally added to the store page every week or two on Saturday's. Availability is limited due to the fact that there's only one artist producing all the glass on the site. When new glass is added, there will be a price and add to cart button shown below the picture. In addtion, when you order a piece, you will recieve the one featured in the picture or video.
Most orders are typically shipped no later than 24 hours if purchased Monday through Friday. Orders purchased on Saturday or Sunday will be shipped on Monday morning. In most cases, orders take anywhere from 3-7 days to reach their final destination. Each order is carefully packed to ensure that no damage will occur during the shipping process. In addition, all orders include a tracking number and are insured with a value of the purchase price to protect your investment in the event that it has been damaged during the shipping process. If your order has arrived damaged, please contact us immediately.
At this time, we will not ship any glass to the states of South Dakota, Pennsylvania and Iowa. Any items ordered from this site that are to be shipped to any of these states will be canceled and a refund will be issued immediately.
We currently do not ship outside of the U.S. Any items ordered from this site that are to be shipped outside of the U.S. will be canceled and a refund will be issued immediately.
All sales are final. Glass purchased from this site cannot be returned or repaired if broken.
